نحن في العتيق للمشغولات النحاسية نحرص على رضاك التام.
إذا كنت غير راضٍ عن منتجك، يمكنك إرجاعه خلال ١٤ يوم من تاريخ الشراء،
بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.

شروط الاسترجاع
يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية.
يجب تقديم الفاتورة أو إثبات الشراء.
يتم قبول الاسترجاع فقط خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الشراء.

قم بتعبئة نموذج الاسترجاع وتقديمه مع المنتج المرفق بالعبوة الأصلية.
استثناءات
لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات القابلة للتلف أو التي تم استخدامها مثل الغلايات والحلل على سبيل المثال وليس الحصر.

At Al Ateeq Copper Handicrafts, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition and unused.

• Returns are only accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Exceptions
Perishable items or products that have been used—such as kettles and cookware, for example but not limited to—cannot be returned.
